Got my girlfriend to film me today at the range. Hit a 6 iron and a 3 wood....I added in a video of the guy next to me just for a laugh lol Anyways I could never really tell, but I cant wait to get fitted for my AP1's...these graphite irons are way to short for me.

Hoping Hack lol

If it looks like it, no not really. Never tried or read anything on the S&T; swing. I am working on swinging inside out and have sucessfully been able to "work" the ball lately. I just need to get back on the course next weekend to reap the benefits of my new found swing. I have never taken a lesson either.

IMO bad for posting a video of some guy's swing to make fun of him. Unless he's a buddy of yours and it's all in good fun, I think it's unacceptable.

you're doing well coming from in to out. however, once you reach the apex(top) of your swing, your whole body kind of turns and shifts forward, this will lead to dreadful hooks. you want to initiate the downswing with your legs, not your torso. you're doing a good job of keeping your head behind the ball, so that's a positive. you're also casting the club prematurely. make sure the butt of the club is leading and going down on the ball like you're going to smother it into the ground, this will lead to good compression, a higher ball flight, and initial contact with the ball instead of the ground. and remember to stay down on the ball all the way through, keeping your head steady and behind the ball until after contact will help ensure this.

Yeah I know the guy. I just though it was funny how he swings his driver. He hit his irons normal.

I think I've made some progress.....this was my swing back on 9/13/09. Def coming outside in. Really I just watched a few videos or the PGA guys swinging and try to keep my hands inside as close to my hips as possible.

Looks like your driver is your best swing. You are moving your head, try to keep it still even through impact. I would place a tee in the armpit especially on those iron swings. Good balance and power though. No need to kill it. You got game.

    • I just returned from a trip to Page Arizona for a photography trip I've been wanting to do for a few years now. It was a much needed break for me. The Antelope Canyons have intrigued me for years and I finally got to experience them for myself. They were beautiful in person but I was amazed at how the camera and post processing captured the colors in a way the eyes don't see them.  Here's one of the images I took at the Lower canyons.
    • I watch a lot of mytpi. Some of the best instruction on youtube imo. It amazes me how many pros struggle with early extension. I thought that was a problem reserved for us amateurs and hacks! Lol myTPI has helped me assess and address my mobility and strength issues as well as my release and early extension. I love this level of detail...I feed on it!!
