Im not the greatest analyst...but you're def coming over the top with the driver. Work on swinging inside out and you will see better results.

i would say that your starting the club so far to the inside that once you get to the top of the swing you have to come over the top. work on taking the club back more on plane. im working on the same thing and i try to feel like im taking the club to the outside but its really starting back on plane

Any drills I can do to do so?

I know this is random, i played this course over the summer when my family and I were at LBI. I thought the course condition was awful. Is it better now? The greens were very bad.

i try to feel like the club is coming to the outside of the swing plan. that also comes with starting the club back with a little more width... a drill for this is put a ball right behind the clubhead at adress, then take the club back if the ball rolls straight back you are starting on plan. if the ball goes inside you came to far in

from what i see, your take away is pretty good but when you begin your down swing, you cast the club, hinge your wrist, and come over the top.. im betting that all three of those can combine for a wicked slice for you sometimes huh?

Start with getting in balance...the swing starts from the bottom up and you tend to fall away from all your shots. Anything else you do won't mean a thing if you're falling over...good luck and stick with it!

I see a few things. As others have mentioned the beginning of the back swing the club should come straight back. You come inside. A drill is to stand with the tip of the club against a wall and draw the club back if it hits the wall you are going outside, if it immediately pulls away you are inside.
For the top two swings the club was very flat. If you pause the swing at the top the butt end of the club should be pointing at the ball or a little past the ball. The club should be parallel with its position at address.
Here is a photo of me (and tiger) from a lesson. You can see my swing is too flat. I believe yours is flatter. The line points at the ball is where the club was at address. When Tiger swings the club come back down the line perfectly. He is perfectly on plane.

They sell a laser pointer that goes in the hole in the grip of the club. It will show you the line that the club is traveling in. It is very helpful. If you have a standard laser pointer you can make it work. The line that the laser travels through should be right down your target line. Then a little in to out swing and you are Tiger Woods. I am almost there, but it is more like in the woods.

Get a lesson from a pro with video.

No offense but your swing is incorrect in many ways. You can mess with it for ever or find a correct swing and get drills to keep it correct. Get lessons from a good Pro (with video)

Not really because I had a weak grip and changed it to now fix that slice I suffered for a while. I would only slice if my stance was too far or I casted over the ball bad. For the most part, my iron game improved a little bit. I was concern about my backswing and wanted to see it for myself and share it with some more experienced players. I have a lesson soon in april so Im looking forward to it.

So my $.02 is a few things. First and foremost, you are waaaaay to inside on your backswing. As you can see in these two stills of your swing your shaft is almost completely horizontal to the ground:

This will lead to nothing short of coming over the top because your body has no choice but to compensate for it.

The second thing I see is that you are making way too much of a turn given your flexibility level. The giveaway for me is you are lifting slightly with your upper body in order to get that extra rotation at the top. You'd be more consistent and get into a better position (assuming you fix the inside takeway first ) going to what would feel like 3/4 swing. This would allow you to maintain your posture better while keeping your spine angle in a consistent place.

It's hard to see because of your pants, but watching the video and focusing on your right knee...it appears there is enough movement there that makes me believe that you are straightening it. This is also common things as a result of trying to get that extra turn at the top. Here's a pic of which I feel is a part of your complete backswing.... :

Looks good in terms of lines, but this is deceiving mainly because this is as close of a next frame as I could get from a Youtube video:

See the complete angle change on the shaft? It went from almost horizontal or almost vertical. It's really tough to be consistent when you have that much differentiation in your swing angles. Looking at inthecup's pictures above, you can compare the shaft angles and you can see how much change there is.

Now the next series of pictures tells me your are athletic enough to get into good positions on impact:

So what you are doing right you may ask..... great extension on impact, good right elbow position on the backswing, straight left arm (remember it doesn't have to be perfectly straight), pretty decent spine angle retention (minus the slight lift at the top), and from what I can tell pretty good starting position. On the impact pictures though you can see that you do in fact have an over the top swing.

I used to have a John Dalyish type of swing in which I would over rotate and which would cause a lift, break down of the left elbow, straightening of the right knee, etc... and yea every once in a while would bomb it.... but most of the time it would just be ugly. I've worked hard on keeping my swing to what for me feels like 3/4. What I have found is considerably more consistency, able to keep my right knee flex, and to my disbelief ... more power. I am today hitting the ball farther and straighter, mainly b/c I'm now allowing my body to coil while posting up against my right knee.

Some pictures for reference on the takeaway:

and because I use any excuse I can to peddle pictures of my boy:

Keep in mind, change takes a long while, so don't expect immediate results as you work on changes!

On all three shots,

at the top you were inside the swing plane - pointed to right of target line. Overactive hands - attempting to overdo backswing - may be part of the problem. Need hand drop vs. over-the-top action. (I have been working on hand drop since last year.) Hole 11 shot: Hands quick at top, but shot came came off OK for wide fairway. Hole 13 shot: Really jumped hard, came over the top / hip spinning rather than driving. Hole 18 shot: Start with a little hand whip before hand drop, but hip position good at impact. Probably best of three. Also, ask a pro if you are overswinging going back; can't quite tell.

Focus, connect and follow through!

thanks to everyone here for the great observation of my swing. I had my best personal score of the year. I played at a county course today with a par of 58.3 and a slope rating of 95. Overall, I shot a 78 and from what I calculated. My handicap went down 4 strokes and couldn't have been any happier. Let me tell you all, this is by far the toughest county course because it's so narrow forcing you to keep all shots straight.

Anyways, I wanna thank everyone for all the great advice and great photos of my swing. I will be posting more once the weather gets better.
