Today was nice with my driver: hit 11 out of 13 fairways and the misses were only slight off the fairway. Doing a lot better with the driver since I started using impact stickers to see where I am making contact on the face, and making address adjustments accordingly. I am now addressing with the ball almost at the toe of the driver when the driver is on the ground at address. I was getting a lot of bad hits off the heel of the club, but am now in close proximity to the sweet spot on most shots. There were some good tips about this elsewhere on the forum, so thanks.

The club I'm the least consistent with, only use it if I really need the extra distance I get over the 3-wood. Slicing and pulling it mostly. Sometimes I really find the groove and hit it great all day, but that is rare I'm afraid. If I shoot 10 shots over my handicap, chances are good 60-70% of those is because of the driver.

actually, it's my most consistent club. i recently got a new driver, so i'm trying to get used to it. but, yeah, i generally swing about 85%, but i don't feel uncomfortable swinging 100% either.

I am more consistent with it than my 3W through about my 5 iron.

So far this year I have hit 75.76% of fairways, mostly with my driver, and I swing pretty hard. My preferred shot with my driver is a baby draw.

No. I just bought a new Callaway Diablo Driver so I am working on it.

definitely alot better during my first few rounds of golf. I was hitting about 10 of the 18 with my driver at 80%. My ball flight was consistent dead straight. But now, I'm trying to incorporate my body more than my arms and now im fight a fade that eventually turns to a slice. My average drive is about 250 at 80% and swinging 100% recently got me about 270, but I fight the slice and pull constantly.
