Favorite glove....and why?

I purchased a Callaway X Series glove at the beginning of this season and im wondering what gloves you guys play and why?

i really liked my FJ scifit, and currently using a nike tech extreme III glove in white and really like it as well.

Footjoy something because it has the right texture in the fabric. The lining inside match perfectly with my hand. The velcro is of good quality. It sits comfortably in my back pocket when I walk and looks nice.

No...really...it feels good, what else is there to it in a glove?

I play a glove - preferably all leather with reinforced palm and thumb - that fits. I have an odd-sized left hand: I normally take a men's medium or a cadet medium, depending on the manufacturing lot. I go to tent sales and try on gloves until I find one that fits; then I buy three or four of the same model/style of glove.

I used to wear out FJ weathersoft gloves quickly. I changed to a Bionic glove and really liked it. Right now I play with the FJ F3. If I'd had my choice I would have bought another Bionic. I'm pretty much forced to use whatever is in stock when I need a glove. I wear a XXL glove and retailers have yet to figure out that the population is getting larger not smaller.

I use our LeviTee Golf Glove. Cabretta Leather and the pads between the fingers help loosen my grip. Plus, they last along time.

I wear an XXL glove too. You don't have to be tall to have large hands or long fingers. I was fit for an XL glove, but I like the roominess of the XXL ones.

Mizuno Retroflex. They fit my hand the best of any golf glove Ive ever used and they last me a really long time. I can typically get at least 6 months use (playing 2-3 rounds per week) before they start to turn black and get slick.
Thats far more use than any other glove Ive tried (Footjoy, Callaway, Titleist, TM).

I buy the FJ 3 pack and keep my bag stocked up with gloves. The 3 pack sells for $27.00 at Academy Sports. I'll rotate two gloves a round when it's hot to keep a dry glove.

What do you guys view as a long lasting glove? This is the first year I played with one and the Callaway X Series glove I bought seems to be wearing out pretty quickly. I was looking at trying the TM Targa next.

Bionic is what I play now, very durable gloves. Used to play FJ, but these last much longer.

No matter what you buy (as long as it's the Targa

my favorite) buy about 4 and rotate them every few holes, especially if you sweat a lot. Rotating them will make them all last much much longer. And by longer I don't mean more time (that'd be obvious, you'd have 4), but more holes each. When you wear gloves when they are sweaty and used, the longer you use them they wear experientially faster.

I have played a couple rounds using the Srixon Hi-Brid glove, and I think I'm going to stock up on them now. Best feeling glove I've ever had. It has a soft, textured palm, which is surprisingly durable, and just feels great.

i buy the two pack FJ weathersof and rotate them during my round. i take them off between shots and they still get soaked during the summer.

I've been using FJ WeatherSof for the past couple of years. Their fairly cheap, fit my hand well, look "traditional," and have a good feel to them. My only complaint is they don't seem to last very long. I like my glove choice. I hymn and haw over ball selection, wedge selection, drivers, etc.... It's nice to have one piece of equipment I am all set with and never think to "try something new."
