17 GIR's first day and only 3 birdies so he makes up for it with a 60. Even though I'm not a big fan of his, he's dominating that course and should win unless his putter disappears again.

Yeah, Poulter is playing well. Still 2 rounds of golf left of course. I think Rory might pull it off myself. John Daly is playing well and is 5 under. Shot 69 and 66 in first two rounds. Would love to see him finish up the weekend equally strong. $450k to winner, 2.5 million dollar pot, big money event. Good bit of coverage on TGC.

Matteo Manassero. this guy has got game, plays well on shorter courses where accuracy is needed, and is deadly with his short irons

Poulter has got bottle, you have to give that to him. Closing round 67 to take it by one shot over a charging Manassero, who finished with a 62.
