Luke Donald for sure. He's been on fire for this entire tournament and I don't think Kaymer's going to be able to top that.

It's a tough one, both players are solid and pretty consistent. Neither seems to have any problem with confidence or nerves either. Donald won his matches pretty confidently, he's also got a slight advantage in age and experience. Kaymer is probably overall a better player, but Donald is really good, even with his distance being shorter than the best. Fabulous iron player.

Well done Luke! Like his game and attitude and the guy played out of his socks all week.

Luke is a Brit, but he's now been a US resident for years, and plays full time on the US PGA Tour, so he doesn't quite fit in as a European player.  He's more of an American player with a funny accent.

He was amazing.  He never trailed in a match, and never saw the 18th hole.  One of the better week long performances I've ever seen.

Let's see if they pick him for the U.S. Ryder Cup team, then.  (I'm joking, for those who think that Fourputt was serious.)

Yeah well done Luke, did not go down in any match all the way through as well.

Congrats to Kaymer on world No 1 as well, will see now if Westwood can respond as his game has not got going this year so far...
