Who would you like to see next on the Haney Project?

Since many of us have youngsters who we would like to see love golf.  But we can't afford or find great coaches.  I would like to see a couple of beginners from a JV girls golf team who would like some quality help.  To see how they would be taught, coached, encouraged, and the structure of their practice would be very interesting.

I would also like to see Nancy Lopez and Arnold Palmer mentor youngsters. To see them work, play and encourage the young girls. Then see how they would play on the course with youngsters.

PS.  I wonder if Tiger would agree to mentor a couple of young beginners.

I agree but not necessarily someone who's never played just some random person. The only reason I want to see a random person is celebrities have access to great courses and a lot of time to practice.

Has anyone been watching this lately?  They seem to have changed the format into one student per episode (I've seen Bill Cower and Herm Edwards episodes).  Is this the new format for good?  How do folks like the change?  Personally, being a Steeler fan, when I saw the episode with Cower and thought he was going to be the focus for the whole season, I was really looking forward to it.  I don't think having 1 per episode allows you to become invested enough in the outcome...actually when you think about it, there really is no outcome.  Just a few instructional range sessions and a few holes on the course with Haney.

I'm pretty sure those were filmed last year and just air now and then. I don't think it's the new "format" for the show. Maybe I'm wrong.

Either way the advice is as bad as ever, I've heard. :)

      Two made the cut. My point isn’t to change any opinions, it’s for accuracy. If anything it further supports your opinion because PGAT players did better than your percentages.

      OK, then instead of "PGAT Players" we can just say "Non-LIV Players".  I'm not sure that changes my opinion much. unless all 21 PGA Pros missed the cut which would dramatically impact the percentage of PGAT Players making the cut throwing more advantage to the "Non-LIV" group.

      Day 67. Played my first 18 of the year. Not a great score but hit some really good shots for me. Highlights include a chip in for birdie, couple good drives, but even better for me a couple 6 iron approach shots landing on the green. Perhaps some of the practice is paying off 🙂

      Because brail takes up a lot more space than print, a brail Bible is normally about 20 volumes. Each of which would be the size of the one Eli carries around in the movie. So for him to have a King James Bible he'd have to carry 20 books the size of the one he carries.  Love the movie. I didn't know that until years after I saw it the first time. Don't care, still a great movie.
