Well, there are plenty of gross out movies.  There's also plenty of twisted things in Saw and so forth.

If you're planning to gross out someone, they'll see those coming a mile away.  Instead, I suggest inviting your friends for a movie night at your place.   Serve steak and red wine.  Watch Ravenous .  If you still have friends, you must be a swell guy.

Mine is Last house on the left during the rape scene.  Went on for way to long and showed too much.  They could have just shown the beginning and everyone would have understood what happen.
