What are your favourite golf equipment "logos"?

I'm not talking about which is your favourite "brand". I just mean which corporate logo or emblem looks good to you, whether it's splashed across a staff bag, someone's forehead, the back of a forged blade, or wherever?

I like uniformed logos (e.g. the Ben Hogan starburst or way the C and G combine in Cleveland Golf's logo), but I really like a script logo. A couple of my favourites (Mizuno Pro and Tour Action) are below:

Maybe I just think any logo looks better in cursive writing or as a signature. MacGregor, Titleist, Ben Hogan, Tommy Armour, and even the maker of the original rock flite . . .

Growing up, I used to love the Arnold Palmer Golf Company Umbrella logo. Now I would have to say my favorite is the Callaway Chevron for golf equipment and Puma for golf clothing, even though I don't game either.

My Tools of Ignorance:

Driver: Ping I20 9.5*
Woods/Hybrids: Cobra AMP 3W and 3 HY

Irons: Cobra AMP 4-GW

Wedges: Callaway Forged Copper 56* and 60*

Putters: Scotty Cameron  35" (Several of the flow neck blade variety)

Ball: Bridgestone B330-RX and Srixon Z-Star

Bag: Nike Performance Carry

Of course I love the regular old swoosh too. Another one I really like, though not exactly an equipment logo, is the TPI logo:

Yeah, I really like that logo. I also like the TW logo that Tiger sports, and the Victory Red logo. The Cleveland Golf combination is clever -- it took me quite some time to figure out what it was. I also love the Mizuno roadrunner. It dawns on me - am I picking clubs whose logos I like, or am I just liking the logos of clubs I have?

Driver:  Titleist 915D2.  4-wood:  Titleist 917F2.  Titleist TS2 19 degree hybrid.  Another hybrid in here too.  Irons 5-U, Ping G400.  Wedges negotiable (currently 54 degree Cleveland, 58 degree Titleist) Edel putter.

True, the TW and VR logos are nice. Another one I really like is the J Lindbergh "JL", mostly because that's my first and middle initials

If you put a J in front of the TW logo you get my full initials. I've tried it before, but I suck at Photoshop.

      I’d go with the Titleist if you liked the look of the blades but were suffering with distance. They should be a little more forgiving than a full blade and still retain some workability. Also remember to consider the shafts each have as this will be a big contributor to how they feel. Clemsonfan is right though… get fit or spend a bit of time on a launch monitor 🤙

      Hi All my New Year’s resolution was to start playing golf again. I’ve caught the bug and am really enjoying hitting balls at a couple of my local ranges.looking forward to getting back out on courses in the spring. Based in the UK and 38 years old, I’ve been playing since I was a kid. Best handicap I’ve held is 2 in my mid 20s. Over the past 10 years I’ve played once or twice a year, sometimes with friends or for work. Could shoot 4-5 over, but just as easily shoot 15-20 over. I’ve moved to South Wales and am very lucky to be near some world class links courses, which gives me even more motivation to get playing again! I will start looking for a local coach in my area when I have more time to invest, but I recalled scouring this forum a few years ago and finding some good tips and advice so wanted to give it a try to see if there were any glaring issues I could fix in the meantime!  A few swings below… one from 1st week Jan and one from today. I have fixed my P1 takeaway to my liking and am now working on what I see as pretty severe early extension & hip thrust. Also terrible hip rotation. I’d like confirmation that this is indeed a problem and and suggestions on a few good drills. Thanks for reading 🙂 I've been Playing Golf for: 30+ years My current handicap index or average score is: 10ish over My typical ball flight is: mid The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: push right with irons, hooks and push with driver!  Videos:
