If you're in the area of the US that's been rained on alot lately, has it affected how much you play?

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

Live in the Pacific Northwest and it has been the worst spring for golf that I can remember....it has been miserable...my rounds for this year are at about 50% of what I played last year at this time....oddly, I am playing better now that I was at this time last year, but that's golf.

its been insane, but luckily none of my golf league matches have not been cancelled, this might change this thursday ;b, but i have been playing less rounds on the weekends. Though i have been finding more time to practice, timing a few hours between rain showers, mostly shortgame and putting. Of course i do practice swings inside as well. So its not all that bad.

Yes, it's been miserable.  What's worse is on the rare occasion where the tiniest glimmer of sunlight has appeared, every course is packed as people try to get their fix before it starts raining again.

I work at a golf course, and it's been awful for business. As a golfer, though, I love playing when it's overcast or just a bit rainy. The temperature is usually perfect, no need for sunscreen, and not a soul in sight. Golfing nirvana.
