Well. I played 9 holes quick this afternoon.  While it wasnt stellar, it was an improvement.  One 3-put and eight 2-puts.  Still pulled a few shots but overall I'm not ready to lay in the street anymore.

I wont play or practice again till Sunday afternoon (out of town), which is good, my body needs a rest :)

Keep it up man.. Keep your head straight and don't get super frustrated after a bad shot and you'll be fine. My best score for one 9 is a 40 and that was after taking a 4 over on number 2. One bad hole or shot doesn't kill you!

Well, my 9 last night was decent (except for putting)

I was GIR for 7/9 holes. 4i off the tee box was 200 yards dead straight.

Finished with a 48, 4 3-puts and a 4-put on a par 3!! Gahhhhhhhh.

Spent the morning at the CC putting for 90 minutes.

So, its getting better.  I think my goal of 90-95 is very obtainable!

yea just be patient.  It looks like the pro is helping with instruction.  Most CC's have pro's that will do "on course" instruction.  That will definitely help, because he will be able to see what you actually do on the course and help you learn to calm down after bad shots.

you would be surprised how you can loose your swing, something might get into it, and it still feels normal.

Pulled shots, and thin shots. Sounds like you have an over the top swing, and when you try to hit it straight you stay on your back foot. Work with an instructor to get the swing on plane and in the slot. I can also say that my uncle had this issue, i told him to slow it down, you be surprised how trying to kill the ball affects your swing.
