I was aware of these kinds of caddies on the PGA Tour, but not super aware of them, I suppose. It's kind of nuts that they're still doing this type of thing.

See I don't know that I have it in me to face that level of uncertainty.  I love the game, but not to the level that those guys obviously do.

I didn't know that caddying for the pros outside the top 50 could be so fickle. I assumed that most of the pros who didn't have their own dedicated caddies were picking up local course experts most of the time. Didn't know there were vagabond-esque caddies.
