I've searched for a complete list of slang terms for golf scores and can't find them listed anywhere.

Like, "hockey sticks" is a 77.

"Snowman" is an 80. I guess it could be 88 as well.

"Trombones" is a 76.

Anyone have the complete set?

Two partners both carding eights on a hole = blizzard. As in, "We had a blizzard in our cart."

Wow. We're really making some progress here.

It's been more than a year, and one contribution.

So here's a couple more, and maybe someone else will be able to add more.

I was originally looking for full round scores, but individual scores as well will do. My two new additions, a 10 is a Bo Derek. A 9 is a hangman.

A couple more before bedtime.

"shot my temperature..." 98

less specific--"radio station"--anything from 88 to 107. Usually around 98-105.

For us a snowman was just an 8, for obvious reasons. 88 might be a snow couple. Kinda like the blizzard though.

Phoenix in July is any score above 100.

The Sahara in July is any score above 125.

Room temperature on the front means you'll probably be better off to stop counting strokes on the back.

A condom = a miss-hit that's safe but didn't feel right.

A tit-licker = a shot that opens up the hole.

In my bag ... 12 year old Balvenie DoubleWood

8=snowman

9=mailbox

10=moose -- I like the Bo Derek reference better.
