Day 17, 1/17. This morning, before going for a walk, I spent 15 minutes hitting balls (6-iron, indoors, off a mat, into a net, real balls). The same continued focus, although I am starting to wonder if regular small intervals just aren't changing the picture (although I also am not reverting so maybe it's not bad) -

Day 28 - 2026-01-17 Back to mirror work, doing extreme exaggeration which is likely what I should have been doing all along. Using reference points to observe trail side movement. -
