Just received 2 new sets of alignment sticks but they didn't come with a list of drills. Does anyone know of a good link for me to get the most out this training aid?

In my  C 130 Bag:  G20 |  Burner 5W | A7 3H

  JPX-800 PRO 4-GW |  SM4 56-8 |  SS Newport 2.5 Heavy
