I'd really like to get some instruction but their does not seem to be an instructor in the Charlotte NC area.  Any recommendations on options for me?

Yes. @boogielicious I believe has used it for quite some time and still does. He can give you some insight.

They ARE this school of teaching. Erik and Dave Wedzik have trained all the instructors with 5SK, LSW. Evolvr is excellent if you don’t have a good instructor in your area.

Quick Q on Evolvr. If I was to join for x months and then stop once I hit a certain point, do I still have access to the material from those months?  If not and then I come back do I still have that history? I’m seriously considering doing it this fall and then hoping to get in a live lesson when I pass through Erie next summer.

No, your access to your topic is closed off.

But you can download your videos and/or copy your notes over to your own document or whatever.

So, just do that. Copy everything over, or download the videos, or keep the URLs (we post them as unlisted on YouTube).

      I think it is probably my lack of motivation to work out the past 8 months. I could tell it was starting to act up a bit. Like, one day I was getting some micro-spasms. Bowling just tipped it over the edge.  Its not the worst it has been. Moving around helps out. I just need to do some PT.

      Day 52: 2/3/2025 I actually forgot to post yesterday even though I did some good stuff. That's my second miss since the streak started, but I think by the rules I'm okay.  Today I got to the range and worked my way through the bag. The range was crowded so I wasn't able to grab any video, maybe tomorrow. I'd like to send some to Yoda as I have another lesson with him the end of next week.  I spent a little bit of extra time with my new PXG Mini-driver.... I like it.
