Specialty shot you hit on the course that screws your full swing up?

Is there a specific shot that causes you to alter your swing to execute it, and when you do it creeps it's way into your normal swing, throwing off your mechanics?  For me its the cut chipshot.  I only use it when I have a bare lie and I've short-sided myself.

I play a natural little butter-cut off the tee.  I'll hit a draw if I have to, but if I'm not careful, when I go back to my cut, I can find myself hitting a really ugly push fade to the right of the world.
