I have no idea. Prior to becoming a Sand Trap member on 12/9/06, I had been "visiting" www.thesandtrap.com off & on for several weeks or months. My first visit to this site was fairly long ago & since I can't even remember what I had for lunch today . . . well, you get the idea.

Google Search for "Getting out of the sand trap". Greenside bunkers used to be the last place I'd ever want to be. I could always pick it clean from a fairway trap, but not an explosion near the green. Even now, greenside bunkers can still give me grief.

I was actually surfing through golf articles about motorized push carts and I found the Sand Trap's review of a couple of them. I loved the reviews and the rest of the site so I signed up.

Was searching for a review of the Scotty Cameron Red X - did a Google Search that brought me here. Haven't left....IMHO it's a great site. There are too many 'other' sites that have a lot of clutter. TST is clean, crisp, and to the point!

I created it.

I was looking for a particular brand of golf shoes that a buddy told me about. Did an online search to find out who carried them. Came across a particular company (who shall remain nameless) and they had pretty good prices. As always, I did a search on that particular company, just because I research just about every company I deal with before placing an order...just in case. Low and behold, I come across a thread here at The Sand Trap with a LOT of responses saying "STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY" because they're nothing but trouble. This was not one person; this was the VAST majority (if not all saying it). So I didn't order. And, I started browsing around the rest of the site and loved it. Been hooked ever since and figured the site saved me a ton of headache. So thanks to the community for that!
