Anyways ... Had a great time, and B team was victorious!! Everybody contributed, however, Brandon (bplewis24) came away with MVP honors after a solid 81! (Net 69 I believe??) Thanks to everyone who

Believe it or not, <2 hours for the front 9, there were not that many golfers that day.

If by "ribbing" you mean sobbing uncontrollably while looking for your ball in the weeds again and trying to avoid getting bitten by a snake, while Colin and your 2 buddied carries you on his back all day, then, yeah, I could buy that.

Hahha undefeated against me in these outings?!  I was on your team dingle berry during the only one I attended, and our team won!

Secondly, I had to work.... Something you would know nothing about!

Thirdly, I was in the middle of a major 'overhaul' so those first two swings were just over thinking the new 'feels'.  Once I dumbed it down... I hit the ball pretty well.  Too bad I couldn't putt worth a damn that day...

Lastly, it's on like Donkey Kong on Sunday.

I can't possibly top the smack that's already been talked, so I won't even try. I'll just say I hope I can contribute a few points to the cause for team C. With all the strokes I'm getting, it would be a shame if I didn't.

Okay!  Just got back from the range.  I worked on my wedge shots.  I can now confirm I have a go-to 100 yard shot.  Actually, it's a go-to 96 yard shot.  3/4th swing with my 47* PW now goes 96 yards every single time.  It's so money, it doesn't even know how money it is.

Speaking of money, it now his a dime-sized white spot on it for some reason.  Does anybody know how something like that could get there???

Anyway, I'm thinking all the other teams should just give up now.  Seems like we have this one in the bag.

Alright! That's what I like to hear! I went out today as well. Will probably get out again tomorrow (with the enemies, Beach and Pakoh), Thursday by myself again, then my usual early morning par 3 9 on Friday. Ill be ready come Sunday!!

Sorry boys, I hate to break this tragic news to you but ...

... it looks like we're in for a rough one.  Dress accordingly!

P.S.  Beachcomber and Pakoh played a practice round today and both stunk!  Hopefully for the rest of us, that will carry over to Sunday.  Hopefully for them, they are getting all the crappy shots out of their system now, and will play lights out this weekend.  We shall see!!!

      Day 44, June 17.  Today was some preliminary stretching, exploring what I'll want to set up as a regular routine (both while on vacation without clubs and when I'm back) (aside: this is part of an upcoming goal to stretch daily in a meaningful way, but I don't plan to count it as practice on days that I can meaningfully practice with a club)

      Having a rough week. Went to the Dr. because I was really weak and could hardly swing my driver.  I take Propranolol 20 mg tablets twice a day. Seems like the Propranolol was driving my pulse down (low 50's).  So we cut the dosage in half and I started taking my blood pressure. It was a little high but pulse came up.   Then yesterday I raised it to 15 mg tab by taking it 3 times a day. Blood pressure 127 / 77 Pulse 75.  Heading out tomorrow morning for 18 holes.    I have my driver set at 10.5* but seem to have my swing speed to low and I can't get the lift on the ball I need.  I have not played this week in hopes I will have the strength to raise my swing speed. I may have to raise my loft to 12* . (I will take my driver wrench) tomorrow. (This Parkinson's is a pain in the butt.)  Will give you a report when I get back.    Retired Old Man, Terry

      You still got to lift your arms. You basically just roll your wrist over in the 1st half of the backswing.
