False eBay ad

So here is an auction item of a one of my shirts.....one thing though....it's not one of my shirts.

There are too many scammers on eBay. It is such a great resource it's sad that some people ruin it for everybody.

Had it been something offensive, crude, etc I would have contacted the seller and eBay immediately. Basically I'm getting credit for creating a shirt I didn't

You still have an obligation to protect your legal rights or else your rights diminish in the future.

I've contacted the seller and asked them to correct the listing, let's see what response I get.

You might also be able to report the listing to eBay as a fake.

So I've contacted eBay 3 times now, and the seller twice. No answer from anyone yet

So I started this thread 3 weeks ago and reported this to eBay at the same time. I have contact the seller with no response and I tried reporting it again last week. So today I contacted eBay through their Live Help - I'm told that the typical response time should be 48-72 hours.

So I gather you're not taking any solice in the fact that you're not "typical", huh?

As frustrating as it must be to see your creation being used to make money for someone else, as least it doesn't look like the guy has a silk screening mill pumping out hundred of them an hour. Hopefully eBay customer service will finally return from summer vacation and address your concern, though. I really can't get over the fact that they haven't even acknowleged any of your previous contact attempts. Pretty sad commentary on their business model.

No, since the seller could also leave negative feedback for me as well.

Amazing huh? No response from eBay and I've tried contacting them several different ways. Maybe I will buy it just to stop the ad.
