Need help with S&T draw

So I bought the S&T; book 3 weeks ago and have been working on the swing every night. It used to be where I would hit a strong push-fade, but today after working on maintaining the flying wedge and my later hip shift towards the target, I was able to hit straight and slight straight fades. All of my divots are in to out divots in front of the ball, with the divot line moving back and towards myself. Now in the book it says that a fade is caused by contacting the ball on the front portion of the swing. Try as I might, I can't figure out where in the swing I am at impact, and this is where I believe someone my be able to help me. I'm also using a sand wedge with the ball in the middle of my stance. I would post a video of my swing but it would be a slight hassle with my iPhone. I will gladly do so if someone recommends it. Any tips or drills to move the contact of the ball to before the point of tangency will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If you're hitting the ball first, you're hitting the ball before low point, which is good.  If if feel you weight is forward enough at impact I'd check out this Key #3 drill

I appreciate the feedback. It's definitely something I could work on, but I don't think it's the root cause. I'm enjoying the 5SK videos on YouTube, and it's interesting to note that there is a weight shift backwards during the swing. I've actually been implementing that into my ST swing and my club head speed improved 9 mph along with more consistent ball first striking. I think I'm going to use ST as my base swing and start learning some more 5SK topics. Do y'all still do the key tag for your bag? Or is that something only instructors give out?
