Workout BEFORE or AFTER golf?

Unless you feel like jelly, which can often happen. Then there’s no way you can swing after.

True that.  That doesn't happen to me after powerlifting sessions though.  Maybe after HIIT or high rep work, I'd certainly agree.

I workout before and after golf. 30 mins on the elliptical machine to warm up upper and lower body. 

After golf, 30 minutes of intervals in the stationary bike, and stretching movements. 

Finally, drink protein shake and take a nap.
