Just a heads up if anyone is about to purchase some Bridgestone B330 series golf balls for the holiday season.  I just stopped into Dick's Sporting Goods and did the "Buy 2 and get a Free Antiqua Jacket Offer".  The jackets come in red, black, and royal blue with a Bridgestone emblem on it.  I did this a few years ago and got a red one.  It came in pretty handy in the colder temps and even got rained on one time.  Time for me to get the blue one this time out.  I think the offer runs out at the end of December.  Get them early because supplies on the jackets may dry up.

I don't work for Bridgestone, Dick's Sporting Goods, or Antigua but I don't mind passing the word on for people getting some great golf balls along with a pretty snazzy jacket.  I'm sure the other retailers have the same offer from Bridgestone but none are close by so grab them while the getting is good.

It is a Bridgestone one.  I just searched on the deal and one came up for Golfsmith.

The jackets are pretty nice with a zippered pocket on the chest and a open pouch type on the inside lining.

Given that ordinarily, someone would spend the same amount for just the balls, yep, you got it.

I looked up the offer at Dick's and you have to download a form and send in proof of purchase receipts. I play the B330RX but I usually buy them on the bay for approximately $25 a dozen so I have a hard time paying $44.95 a dozen just to get a free jacket. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I did not see Antigua items listed at Dick's Sporting Goods when I did a quick search on my phone. The jackets look the same as they had a few years back when I took them up on the offer. My last few times out this year was 42 degrees and windy. The jacket was perfect with just a short sleeved cotten golf shirt underneath.

Here is the jacket and that would be a negative as to me wearing it while on the putting green. :-D

Santa refused to wear it because it clashes with his normal attire.

      It’s possible the graphite shaft has a small internal crack or a delamination. Tapping it and hearing a vibrating sound is usually a sign the shaft isn’t behaving as it should. Since the store wasn’t helpful, consider taking it to a club fitter or a pro shop that can check the shaft flex and integrity. If it’s defective, you might be able to get a replacement from the manufacturer.

      It’s interesting how much a 3D system changes your understanding. Observing top players in full detail and realizing the trail knee shouldn’t fully extend is a great example of why being open to new info is so important. I like your approach: not trying to be “right,” but trying to teach correctly based on actual evidence. Makes sense why golfers would benefit from this perspective.

      I would say both are equally not the best for golf. Is it better than nothing, sure.  Golf is an athletic motion. Professional golfers are doing a comprehensive workout routine focusing on strength, power, flexibility, stability. They might include some yoga into the routine. I would put both of them in the recovery bin, not golf enhancement bin.  If you want to increase swing speed, core strength, longevity in golf and life, then lift heavy weights.
