Heron Lakes - Greenback course, shot 78, no birdies, greens were a bit bumpy and it's still a bit muddy. But, it was a beautiful 60 degrees and sunny. I'm playing again on Sat., the courses around here should dry up a bit, can't wait!!!

at my home course Tiger Beach Golf Links, 46/50 for an uninspiring 96. hit 9 fairways but terrible short game (all chipping within 20 yards of the pin) cost me 8-10 strokes...

Shot a 84!

Double bogeyed the last and got a bogey on the 17th after hitting into a lake.

46/48 played a local nine hole course, hit the ball the well. Just couldn't putt to save my life. Hasnt rained in 3 days nice to see the ball bounce again.

I hit the pin on a 154 yard approach shot. Took a bounce, nailed the pin and bounced away about 7 feet. Missed the birdie putt, but still a cool shot!

Badlands GC - 50 out and 48 in... except that it got too dark, I lost my ball approaching the green on 17, my buddy tried teeing off 18 but couldn't see anything. So really about a 106. I did have a tap-in birdie on a par 3.

Well, I had an 8 and a 7 on the card. I frickin' 5 putted once! I have never 5 putted in my life, I had a 4 putt and a 3 putt. I also had 3 birdies and just missed 2 others. Total, 84. Also had an OB.
Sunland G&C.; Course is still pretty muddy and really soft.
Come'on spring!!!!!

Sunday I played in our monthly tournament and shot an 88 (43 and 45), won my flight (net), won a skin, and won 3 balls for something else. It was raining and cold and I had a great time.

Something like 95 I think. Another mid 40s first round, lost focus on the back.

Last actual time I played was a scramble and I think we shot like a 70. Won the Intrafraternity Golf Championship too.

      This is an awesome breakdown. most of the bigger tournaments usually have one wave with the advantage, Thank you for the breakdown. If it is soft then it will be a lower final score

      Over the past 15 years, the winning score has ranged from -10 to -20. Mostly around -13.  Here is Thursday and Friday weather. Saturday and Sunday weather. I think the course will play soft. Plenty of sky cover, lots of rain on Thursday. Fairways and greens will probably stay soft throughout the week.  In terms of tee times, I think Thursday morning and Friday afternoon have the biggest advantage.       We have a very difficult but mostly showy course this week. Lets see what they got. This course offers so many chances to get into trouble it is really a mental minefield. I am excited to see who can handle it and who cant. Last year we got a foreshadowing of JJ and Rory, I am excited for this year Who do people have winning? what will the winning score be? I am thinking 12 or 13 under
