Something I noticed - lines on training pants - helpful visual aid

Those Adidas three stripe training pants - I noticed when videoing face on, those lines help you see what your hips/girdle is doing a little more clearly. It's more obvious when you're rotating too much/little and not extending your hips, or as Johnny Miller would say, "popping out the belly", or raising the belt. If you have a pair, video your swing and see for yourself.

In Bobby Jones's "How I play Golf" instructional video series he uses this concept. Lots of swing videos against a black back drop and he wore specially made black and white clothing to highlight certain portions of the body. Tried to find a video on youtube to post but they were strangely absent.

I dunno what the heck you call these. They're not sweat pants, spandex, running pants. So I just went with whatever it was when I bought them. In the UK, sneakers are called trainers, training pants could work.
