I know this happened to another golfer. He decided to just go ahead because they were already given a warning.

Ugh, 50+ seconds for the top 5 slowest players. 

 

Was it Rory Sabbatini playing ahead of Ben Crane? That sounds familiar.

I totally agree though, I would just start moving ahead. Is there a penalty if I finish out a hole and move in to the next hole without the slow poke?

Yeah he does, Loupe is worse IMO. Assuming that's something he does on most shots.
