Pennsylvania porngate

That's what they are calling it (or maybe just some journalists with a lot of time on their hands).

It didn't disclose what prompted the investigation, but I can assume someone saw something they didn't like.  Then they went ahead and started sorting through the servers and boy did they get a handful of inappropriate stuff.  It can be called boys being boys by some, but to most it will be considered disgusting and immature actions by people who believe to be entitled to do what ever it is they want.

How much damage will this do for politicians in Pennsylvania?  I don't know, but a note to the wise.. don't send inappropriate emails at work, the servers save everything.

Not surprising at all. Stuff like this pops up from time to time involving politicians. 

I have an inlaw who lives in PA. Think I will go over to the political site and unload on him.

It's one of those type of things that is sort of assumed to occur. The part of it that is surprising is that it apparently involves so many and that they didn't realize it could get out. Looking at some of this material on a computer is one thing. Actually e-mailing on a state computer is nuts.

As far as the political futures of these guys, it will probably depend on the specific e-mails linked and whether that politician's constituents actually get upset about it.

Lol. They all sound like a bunch of corrupt shitbags, the AG included. I would not go after people who only received emails but if you were sending those things over govt servers you are either too stupid or feel you are too powerful for it to matter. Either should disqualify you from service.
