Happy Birthday to The Haig, Himself

I apologize to Walter Hagen, of Rochester, NY, and all TRUE GOLF FANS. On December 21, I should have posted this thread since that was Sir Walter's birthday. He was a GREAT CHAMPION and an entertainng one as well. He won 15 MAJORS----2 US Opens, 4 Open Championships, 5 PGAs and 4 Western Opens (the Masters did not start until 1934, and the Western was considered a MAJOR by the players and the journalists of that time). So, THE HAIG is second to Jack by 3, and ahead of Tiger by 1.

I just respect THE HAIG, and was too busy with the holidays, work, and family to send a Happy Birthday greeting.  That is why I apologized in the very beginning of this thread.

The only thing that I am in desparte need of is a trip to Florida to play golf.  I am taking up a collection to finance the trip.  Would you like to help a poor, 67 year old who is in desperate need?

He does NOT have to. I am proud to be his surrogate and THE OFFICAL PROTECTOR of the Heritage of THE ONE AND ONLY HAIG! I qualified for the position first by being from Upstate New York. The HAIG was proud to be from Rochester. I am proud to be from Ilion in Herkimer County (the same County as Wayne Levi, 1990 PGA Tour Player of the Year!).

Sorry, such a short period will not qualify. I will be there october this year. So you need to hold on a bit longer.
