Doing stutter steps and catching a ball. This looks really hard.

Good rhythm.

My young Grand Daughters' soft ball coach has the whole team do this exact drill. The drill has been around a while.

Their coach uses it for hands,  eyes, feet coordination.

This is the first I have heard it used for golf.

Tried to watch it, but got a message saying "This browser does not support video playback". Huh? I've watched other vids here. I guess it's whatever site that hosts the vid blaming it on the browser. OK. Checked it out further and found it's on Twitter. I don't "tweet', "face", "snap", or "insta". Webforums like this are as close to social media as I get.

That said, I suppose anything that can improve hand/eye coordination could help in golf. I once saw a vid of Carmelo Anthony doing a dribbling drill. He would dribble the ball, bent over close to the floor, with a coach in front of him with a tennis ball. At regular intervals the coach would toss the tennis ball to him. Either toward the free hand, or the one dribbling the ball. Anthony would have to catch the ball and toss it back to the coach, and always with the hand the coach tossed the ball toward.

Looked like a great drill for teaching control of the dribble. Some of the drills these guys come up with are genius!
