Hi all, just returning to golf after a 20 year absence. Began playing pretty steadily in 1990, stopped in 1996 for a variety of reasons. A RSI to my right shoulder kept me away for the most part. A few weeks ago in Westin, FL, my wife and I decided to hit a bucket at Bonaventure GC. Shoulder was good, now I have been on the range and par 3 courses. With shoulder still OK, have decided to jump back in.

I am in the Princeton area, and hope to get on a real course in the next month or so. In the process of upgrading my 25 year old cheap starter clubs, and started with a Callaway XR 16. I'm sure there will be more to follow...

Bonus....Now I'm retired, and can actually practice!

Best, Tom

Welcome to the site @Swungover! You'll be pleased to know there are quite a few good courses in your area. The Mercer County Parks system does a really good job for it's residents. The Mercer Oaks East and West Courses as well as Mountain View are some challenging tracks. Just don't push that shoulder too hard.

Thanks, I used to have a regular time at Mercer Oaks. Bunker Hill is my home course.
