See photo.  I bought this tee sign at an estate sale and have NO idea what course it came from. I've been in touch with every golf association in the U.S., the USGA, and others. The person it formerly belonged to was a PGA professional out of Maryland...which probably doesn't matter at all.

Anyone recognize the logo or hole?

Well, I'd guess that the hole name is Grape, due to what seems to be a bunch of grapes below the hole number.  Other than that I have not a clue, but them I'm in the wrong part of the country.

Could be Wisteria too, but it was too time-consuming to carve extra blooms. Sign looks hand-done so it's likely older or from a smaller local type course vs. a high end country club.

Yeah, I agree. It is hand carved. Could be from a closed course.  Just don't have a clue yet.

I wonder if that is from Beach Tree Golf Club that closed many years ago in Aberdeen MD. The 5th hole was a par 4

Man I was hoping you nailed it with Beech Tree, but the logo is wrong, so is the yardage and direction of the hole. Dang.
