Tour Edge Customer Service

So far the response from Tour Edge Customer Service is non existent. I want to buy a spare hosel adapter for their XCG-7 Driver. I have tried emails to the parent company as well as to Hireko including chat. Nada....Next step will be to contact local club makers/fitters in the area, but since Tour Edge is not exactly that well known, I am not confident that I will find any that carry them. The Cobra looks to be close, but do not want to chance it.

Try calling them... They are more likely to give you a more definitive answer, if you call during business hours. Let me see what I can dig up for you.

@onthehunt526 I will try to call if I can find the number, the universal one looks nothing like what I have. UNLESS the numbers are printed on the ferrule and the adapter is a separate part where the "castle" fits inside the ferrule. (I am beginning to think that is what happens)

I have their number in my contacts, usually if they can't sell it to you, they can at least tell you if they have it. 

If you find out they do have it.... Look up an authorized retailer to order it for you. Their adaptors are usually around $20.

Thanks, will do.  I am pretty sure that I would have to order the ferrule as well. The generic has no numbers, so I am thinking it goes into their proprietary ferrule. Golf Mart in Escondido sells Tour Edge and may be able to order if TE will not sell direct.

a little footnote. I found a video on CONEX website showing how it works. It appears that you need to also purchase a screw removal tool ($11.39). The reason no numbers show is that there is a separate sleeve adapter/ferrule you also need. I have sent them an email for clarification. Still, excellent product for club makers

So basically, you probably would be better off trying to track down the Exotics adapter... Just a footnote,  @Hacker James the hilarious thing is on the Tour Edge store they have EX10, EX9, E8 and XCG6 adaptors. I didn't see any 7s but that doesn't mean you can't get one.

I finally got a response from Tour Edge. Doug said unfortunately they are out of the adapter for the XCG7.  Not critical. in the event I feel need to change shafts, I can always do it the old fashioned way with shaft puller and epoxy.

@onthehunt526 et al.....in case anyone wants further info on the aftermarket adapter. I received this from Conex. There is a lot more to it than I imagined, but then again, this is pretty new "stuff" (for me).

Try Golf USA in Manhattan Kansas. They use to sell a lot of TE stuff. I bought just about everything related to golf through them.
