He did a way, way better job than the guy before 'im. Even if he couldn't pronounce "toonamint" the right way. :-)

Come on, Hootie rocked it!  Hell he told Martha Burk to pound sand.  That by itself puts him at the top of my list! :-D 

Honestly though, Payne did a lot of good things, including the collaboration with Drive, Chip, and Putt.  A good guy...

True.  I really like Billy Payne.  I hope his retirement goes well.
