Busy day here. Didn't get much in. A little putting on my office putting mat. And I did my over-speed training.

Day 48: Just chipped on my mat for a bit. Primarily checking set up and then working on low point.

Day 57 - Indoors practiced setup and low point control for chip and run and soft landing chip shots.

Day 57. Indoor work with half speed swings. Then a Fit for Golf workout.

Day 110, February 18, 2023

Good 36 balls today. Starting on the downswing. Nice and slow, easy.

Day 12 (18 Feb 23) - busy day, opted for work on lag putts indoors.  Practiced to specific target distances.

Day 78: 2/18/2023

I did day 15 of the COVID-19 practice challenge. 
I also got in a little mirror work, slow motion, I'm trying to fix a piece I'd fixed once before. Sometimes golf is 2 steps forward, one step back.

Got work in before JEP. Early downswing stages.

Day 79: 2/19/2023

I'm still dealing with the plague running through my household. So, I didn't have a lot of time today. 
This morning I got down in the basement and did slow-motion swings for 10 minutes, trying to focus on the impact position and the release. Of course also trying to maintain all the work I've put in on swing path, grip, stance, etc... As of now, the only way I can do all of those things at one time is in slow motion.

Day 50: did a super speed session and putted for a bit on my mat.

Day 13 (19 Feb 23) - More work with the choke down wedge shots in the back yard.   Set up where I could hit to all three target "holes" off the mat.  Closest target at around 5yds, farthest around 30yds (over the tulip tree) and the middle about 20yds.  Worked with both the 52 and 58 deg wedges.  Hit from both tight lies and "short rough" lies off the mat.  Focused on setup and ball placement in stance.

Day 59. SuperSpeed swing training the Fit for Golf Workout.

Day 112, February 20, 2023

Worked after some lessons. A video will be in my Member Swing topic, but… as I found last year, I have to go EXTREME for now. About 40 days left in this until April 1.
