I worked on my PP the other day, behind a tree, on the 13th hole.

Day 83 - March 21, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

A shorter day. More than the five minutes, but not a lot. Full swing work, with my standard feelings.

Day 84 - March 22, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

Good 45-minute session. May do a few hours tomorrow. Focus today was on the shoulders and the shaft. It had gotten quite sloppy again.

Day 28: Did mirror work on my new priority piece. I'm working on minimizing a move I make off the ball to trigger my swing. I feel like this should be fairly easy, but it's going to require some focus at times. Mirror work was a positive step today.

Day 107

Did a bunch of yardwork and allergies really flared up so I did indoor putting practice today while my sinuses calmed down.

Day 85 - March 23, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

It's my birthday, so I got to spend about three hours downtown working on my swing without feeling guilty.

I'm abandoning the straight right arm stuff. All that leads to is a late "collapsing" and some other stuff. I am going with a trash can feeling now and starting the downswing much earlier. Early signs are… okay?

Day 108

Worked on driver swing today. The new hip feeling and grip are really starting to come off as natural now. Unfortunately with courses closed and only a net to hit into, no idea how they ball flight looks.

Day 86 - March 24, 2020

Full swing work again. This is going to be almost everything that I do.

Wanted to get downtown, but spent a lot of time reading here today. So, I used my daughter's grip-stick to rehearse some backswing moves with my trash can feeling.

      Overall, well said. People have to be very careful in trying to describe very complex problem in simple terms. In this case, it is a clear fundamental misunderstanding of Newton's 1st and 3rd laws.  To clarify more on the misinterpretation of Newton's 1st law. The exact interpretation of Newton's 1st Law....  "Every body continues in its state of rest, or of uniform motion in a straight line, unless it is compelled to change that state by forces impressed upon it" yea, a body will stay motionless unless a force acts upon it. An object will stay on its path of motion unless a force acts upon it.  I get it, complex physics problems are difficult. There is a lot of simplification done in most physics class when it is taught. A classic problem uses a frictionless surface. Projectile motion excludes drag and wind direction. Collisions are usually elastic. The golf swing is not a simple physics problem.  Yea, I think they got caught up the data on the graphs and are not truly understanding cause and effect.  If the golfer isn't first pushing into the ground, then the ground isn't going to push back.  The internal forces of the body create the motion, not the external forces from the ground. The ground isn't like what Psy uses to start his concert. 🤣 You probably need to be connected to the ground and have those GRF to help the body produce the motion you want. Your body has to move in the right way to produce the GRF which helps you move the body in the way you want. Body motion precedes the GRF.
