most bizarre or funny shot you have hit (or seen)

i was in the trees again off the tee on a par 3. Had a little pitch from the trees onto the green, not a difficult shot at all and had a clear path to the pin.

as i pitched the ball, the noise of the strike startled a bird about 6 feet in front of me. as the bird went to fly away, the ball hit it right on the ass. bird flew away and i was still in the trees.

and yes, it was the the only birdie i hit that day

I was playing in arizona and sprayed a drive off to the right.  Found my ball luckily in the good old rocks.  I hit my second shot really solid but, the ball had a weird flight to it and kinda nosed dived short of the green.  I get upto the ball and hit my chip shot and the ball landed and started hoping and skipping all over the place and wobbled to a stop.  When I got up to the mark the ball I noticed there was a huge thorn in it and never saw it on the previous two shots.

I was playing in a high school tourney, it was on the 10th hole par 5, 520ish yards (i dont remember the exact distance).  I swear I had hit my ball into the trees off the tee, like 15-20 yds in there.  I'm looking around where I think it hit, and towards the end of 5 min, I spot a ball 50-70yds up, right in the center of the fairway with 230 left to the green.  It was my ball! No idea how it coulda bounced so far up from where it went into the trees, but it did. I ended with a birdie, which is awesome considering I almost lost it, giving me no better than a bogey chance.

I was sitting in the cart and buddy was hitting a shot through the trees so I put the glass up just in case.  He hits the tree bounces back into a tree behind us lands on the cart path and bounces into the cart and lands in the shelf in front of me.

One time a playing partner hit a shot right into our cart and smashed the control board...we had to call in for a replacement as the cart was disabled....luckily for him the club did not charge him for the damages...

1. I sky-ed/topped a driver..it popper straight up and then came down right into the trash can next to the ball washer.

2. I was on the green waiting for others to chip on..a ball flies in from an adjacent fairway..hits the green and leaves a divot immediately before buddy's ball comes down from chip..his ball caroms off the divot (left by the other ball)..re-routes and goes into hole for birdie.

I sliced a tee shot real bad. It was heading towards long grass where the ball would never be found again. It was until I hit the front of a small bulldozer. It bounced off it and went another 100 yards down the fairway. I ended up with a 250 yard drive in the center of the fairway.

I live in the northern midwest.  A buddy and I decided to drive south in February until we could find somewhere that was warm enough to play and ended up in Oklahoma.  We don't normally drink while we play, but the beer was dirt cheap, so we decided to partake in some beverages.  Somewhere around the 15th hole and too many beers we were both in the fairway abbout 150 yds out.  He asks if I want to go closest to the pin for $5, and of course I accept.  He hits it to about 6 feet.  I get up there and hole it!  It's a good thing because when I drink and golf I can still hit the full shots, but my short game and putting are horrible.
