I've been Playing Golf for: 20 years (now looking to become a little more serious)
My current handicap index or average score is: Playing off 19
My typical ball flight is: Slicey
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: I've read online many things about getting rid of the slice. The two areas that I think may be the reason I am slicing is either that my wrists are too bent at the top of my backswing or that there is not enough left hand rotation.

Apologies for the wonky angle.

Not the expert, but it looks like you have a little over the top action going on there.

This. ^^^

Also @MrJones I know you already addressed the fact that the angle is off, but you will get a lot more feedback when you film properly. Speaking from experience.

Many thanks all!

I will be (trying!) to contribute more, I'm currently more of a reader than poster, but will try my best!

I will repost soon with a better angle.

When people say "over the top action" what are you implying? Wrist bend or over swinging?

Thanks,

Oli

"Over the top" generally refers to your swing path. Instead of coming into the ball from inside your target line, your club head comes into the ball from outside the target line.

Thank you! Need some time at the range I think.

I fight the same problem. Your backswing looks good, til the top, shorten it up a bit like chspeed said. When you get to the start of your downswing you're rerouting from one  Swing plane to another that's more outside than the path you started your swing with.  Try to keep your right elbow tucked into your side as you start the downswing.  Also a good drill to get the feel for a inside to out downswing is to set up to the ball then put your left foot 1" forward and your right foot 1" back. Only reason I know any of this is because I'm trying to fix the same thing.  I reroute the club at the top and change my swing path coming across the ball except in my case the result is a straight pull. Good luck! Just to be clear, left foot 1 inch towards the ball, and your right foot 1 inch back away from ball
