In general, I think I do better in rainy and cold conditions than the average person. Even in the winter, I'll go to the course as long as it is 40 degrees or warmer (4 C). Most of the guys I play with don't do that.

However, strong winds really do bother me. For some reason, the home course seems to have an awful lot of holes that play into the wind. Not being very long anyway, it can make for a frustrating round.

Bring it on! yesterday i played with rain. And theres a lot of wind at my home course. In Argentina we play all year so i play in summer with almost 40°C and in winter with 0°C. I´m also like Dustin, i keep it cool all the round and i have real spectation on the average score i can shoot with the day conditions.
I also compete in course a lot better than mine, so if the course is in bad shape it´s easy for me to adapt.

The bad side of it.. on good days and courses I suck :(. I just can´t take advantage on the good conditions.

This is pretty much my philosophy also. Sideways rain is not ideal and rarely a pleasurable experience. 

I also think that once I put too many layers on I start to play bad. I struggle to swing with undershirt, sweater, rain jacket on. I find my consistency waivers a bit.

Hmm, I think we have VERY different definitions of cold/wet. I see you playing with pants on and you think its cold.
