Hi just wanted to post this out of curiousity.

How tall are you? And what is your putter length and lie angle?



I am 5'9" and use 33.5" putter with 70* lie angle.

im 6f3 and use a std 34 inch putter, i tried longer ones but i just couldnt get used to it... i have a hunched over style like jack nickalus , my putting is the best part of my game , pity i cant chip!!

Im 5'11 and I use a 33.5 inch putter as well. Standard lie. Im pretty erect when I putt with just a slight bend in my arms. I use a pendelum stroke where im practically hitting down and through on the ball. I get great distance control with a very short stroke that way. I notice my style is horrible with insert putters, though. I loose all feel and control.

6'3, 33", 2 degrees flat (makes it 70 degrees I believe), and 0.5 degree lower loft (2 degree loft). I'm a little strange, yes, I know.

I'm 6'2" and have a 33" inch Bobby Grace FLS. It's really been bugging my back to be so bent over, so I took it in yesterday to have 3 inches of extension added to the shaft and the stock winn grip replaced with and over-sized ping.

I'm kind of impulsive sometimes, hope I didn't make a mistake - I should be able to pick it up today.

I guess I can always remove/reduce the shaft extension if it feels whack.

My assumption was that since it has a rocker bottom the lie angle won't be affected too much...

It should be ok. if you feel its to long you can always choke down a little. From my knowledge the only company that designates headweight for specific shaft lenths is Titliest/Scotty Cameron so you should be ok there, too.

That would be about 5' 6"". Average american male is 5' 8 3/4" according to automakers.

      Ok, I'm trying to find a feel to hit a consistent ball flight (irons).  My current predicament.  1. I try to do the arms down stuff better, with the club feeling like it is way behind me more. It's just a cluster of results. Most of the time, I can't get any speed on the swing. If I get my arms down faster, I just throw them out.  2. I focus all my attention on turning better. Pushing off with my left leg and getting my right side through better. On the DTL view, this doesn't produce anywhere close where the hands and club should be. The result is usually ball first contact, lower ball flight, more centered contact.  At this point, I am going with option 2. Stop thinking about what the hands do. Just make a shorter backswing, keep it wide, turn through. Somehow, the club head finds the ball. My focus is so much on just making sure I turn, it's like, "Oh, that contact was better.... Oh, that bell flight looks playable." If not, I will just be practicing my entire summer.

      Nope, they spent too much money. They are in over 28 million on the football roster and related NIL compensation at this point. Boosters associated with any Texas college football team has HUGE sway. The AD is between a rock and a hard place. They put a lot of money into Sorsby, at the chance of winning a NC this year. If you move on, you basically wasted a lot.  This is why Ohio State wants 3 QB's they feel can start. That is why the backups the past 5 years at some point transfer. Texas Tech has no backup near the quality of Sorsby. If they move on, they are screwed for 2026.
