Re: Whats the best golf glove out there?

I personally like Under Armour Heat Gear. I've tried those and all Nikes, but the UA has Nike beat pretty good in terms of quality.

Personally, I've been using the Footjoy Weathersof for the past few years and have no complaints about it whatsoever. good durability, good price, and well it fits like a glove :P

Re: Whats the best golf glove out there?

Honestly, I find very little difference in gloves as long as they are a better quality leather glove. I am currently using a few Maxfli all-leather gloves I got at Dick's last year (when they were trying to offload all pre-Dick's owned Maxfli stuff). I think I paid $4 or something like that for them and they are as good as any I've found.

Out of curiosity, how long do you usually go before changing gloves?

I think I wear mine out a little more than I should, I swap them out every 15-20 rounds or so (including practice in-between)

Re: Whats the best golf glove out there?

I now prefer playing without one, but when I did I liked those Footjoy Sci-Flex. I think thats the one with the big spandex 'FootJoy' across the knuckles.

Re: Whats the best golf glove out there?

I have a Bionic Classic glove. I love it. The little pads really do allow you grip the club lighter. Seems pretty durable too so far. Someone said Bionic gloves aren't approved for tournament play, so that's something to keep in mind if you're considering buying one.

Re: Whats the best golf glove out there?

Im personally a fan of the Mizuno Retroflex. It fits me very well and they last me a long time. I bought a Retroflex last year in August and after over a dozen rounds it still looks like its brand new, hasnt started to turn black and hasnt started to slicken up yet.

The Nomis Glove. Best grip I have ever experienced.

Re: Whats the best golf glove out there?

I've tried a few and I always come back to Footjoy Weathersof. You can get 2 of them for $17...

Re: Whats the best golf glove out there?

Either UA heat gear gloves, Footjoy Sofjoy glove, or Titleist Perma Soft.

Re: Whats the best golf glove out there?

I got a Callaway Warbird too. Dirt cheap and lasts for ages. Just get whats on offer or cheap. A glove is a glove. Who cares. Its not gonna save you strokes. before anyone considers saying it does-well sorry it doesn't! Just get something decent and cheap.

Id only get a super quality £30 leather glove if I had money to throw away, I mean what is the point!?

Are bionic gloves really illegal in comps??? Surely not...its a glove? Im interested as a guy tried to sell me one at the golf show-he didnt mention them being disallowed in comps, so I feel a bit cross with him now! Even though I didn't buy one.

Re: Whats the best golf glove out there?

Callaway Tour Series with X-Spann, whatever that may be.

Chose this one because when I tried on just about every other glove in the shop, these one fit me like a glove, funnily enough. Perfect fit. Really soft leather yet still durable. I've noticed the plastic Callaway logo and Chevron have started to come off the velcro bit during the first wear with the last two gloves I've had - doesn't bother me though. I just love going into the Pro-shop and grabbing one off the shelf knowing it'll fit great. It's the only Callaway product I use.
