I have had the new 2.0 for 3 weeks now. They are fantastic for me.. I am hitting each club on average 20 yards more..

I can't believe how well they work for me,almost like they were made for me.. I am hitting the 3 iron 220 yards.

AMAZING!!! Love them..

I have the Burner "1.0" I guess you can say.  I love them too...great feel to them.  Haven't played or demoed the 2.0s.  Guessing they are fairly similar.  I do know that the lofts on both sets are strong compared to other brands.  That's how they can advertise farther distances.  Glad you are enjoying them!

I came from the burner superlaunch to the 2.0s... Go try them out.. I never hit the standard burner(1.0)...  Thanks, I am so enjoying them..

But I play all taylormade(except putter) clubs, have for years..

Brian, ya hit the nail!  My brother, a teaching pro was trying to get me to look/demo the 2.o's  the diff to cut it short, between my ping G10 are... PW is 46*, the 2.0 PW is 45.  meaning a 4i TM 2.0 is equal to my Ping 3i.

you hit them 20 yards further cause my 7 iron  is your 9 iron. Also a quarter inch longer shafts than average.. not to burst your bubble.

Keep sharing dude, that's what this site is for. I almost bought Burner irons for that reason. If you can gain and edge with golf equipment do it. I know I need all the help I can get.

Don't take what people say personally. I read stuff on here about pace of play that just makes me laugh but it is what it is. No sense getting into an internet pissing match with anyone. It's a pretty good and knowledgeable crowd overall though.

Back to the topic. I do not recall hearing more of a buzz over a set of irons like I have heard from the 2.0. I know of 2 others that got a set of these and they are like kids on Christmas morning. Nothing like finding something that just makes you want to play all day every day! Congrats!!!

The one thing that I did not like about the 2.0 was the finish on the heads. I like the chrome finish look.

ha ha ha ha. Oh trust me the finish won't improve my game but my lousy mis hits wont be as noticeable on chrome finish on my clubs reminding me of how bad I am.

I have now played two days in a row as a single walk on and both days I was paired with random people and two different people were gaming the new Burner 2.0 irons. And they seemed to hit them pretty well. They weren't for me though. But theres nothing like finding some irons that you love! I finally did…

In my Ogio bag.

Titleist 910D2 driver, Adams irons & hybrid, Callaway wedges & a Nike Method putter.

And a yellow ball.

The great irony of life: "If nobody gets out alive, what's holding you back!?"

I too have played with some fellow golfers that were swinging the 2.0s.. They too really are loving them.... Although, I did have the grips replaced(as i do on all my clubs as i have rather large hands and need over sized grips) the felt fine just to small diameter wise.. I use the lamkin over sized grips..

I just read the GolfTest 2011 in Golf Magazine. The Burner 2.0 were described as having "optimal gapping" of 12 yards between clubs.

Plasma, have you noticed pretty even gapping in your yardage such as this?

I am thinking about some new irons myself. I have been leaning toward Miz JPX 800's but the Burner's sound interesting too.
