It would be nice if the site does not limit drawings and sweepstakes, like the current one for Lamkin grips, just to Facebook members.  I have no interest in being on Facebook or Twitter and thus find myself excluded from a number of competitions.  I'm sure I'm not the only one here who is similarly situated.

And if you don't have Facebook or Twitter, well, don't believe everything you've heard about them. :) They're for more than talking about what you had for lunch and sharing pictures of your cats! :)

I can't believe that I wasn't already a "fan" of TST on facebook.  Oh well, I am now.

 

Still on the fence about Twitter ... I haven't signed up yet but I imagine it's only a matter of time.

 I waste enough time online already - I don't need any more distractions in my life.  I sure don't need to read that someone sneezed three times in the past half hour or that someone else is "Just Facebooking to see what everyone else is Facebooking about today!!"  I also don't want to deal with the issues of whether or not to friend someone who is a marginal acquaintence at best or who attended my high school and I genuinely haven't thought of him or her in a full quarter century.  I stay in touch well enough with my current friends by e-mail, telephone and getting together in person.  If I need a recommendation for a restaurant for Sunday brunch or a local plummer, my wife's got that covered with her MyFace activities (calling her beloved Facebook that is roughly the equivalent of using the "C word" in front of her).

Well out of the last 14 contests, only two were Twitter/Facebook concentrated.

Just want to share a few examples of the posts/Tweets that we have on Facebook and Twitter.  Great way to stay connected to what's on the site, the latest in the world of golf and interact with some interesting people
