+3 thru 8 holes tonight

Tonight I played for an hour or two until it got dark

I just jotted down the holes from memory

2 Par 3s
4 Par 4s
2 Par 5s

I was +3 after playing these 8 holes . My 3 bogeys were each 3-putts

I think if I start playing with a decent ball and work more on my putting I'll be at scratch in no time

I think you counted 8 because you totally messed up on the 9th

No, i almost didn't play that 8th hole cause it was basically nearly dark The 9th was out of the question

I don't understand what's so unbelievable about it. I mean, 3 3 putts in 8 holes sucks. I'm happy cause I just started golfing and know how much my score can improve if I putt better, etc. but i don't see what's so hard to believe??

Did you just recently read the post posted by a beginner in the "What Did you shoot today?" Thread. He shot 122 for a beginner on 9 holes, That stuf happens, now you shooting +3 just starting golfing is unbeleivable. Im a 8.1 HC and its nice if i get that.

Why don't you write your scores on a score card and put the scan of it online if your scores are so great? Even if you don't have a scanner at home I'm sure a public library has one these days.

Show us the amazing scores you get. And no pencil-whipping. As Confucius say, 8 become 4 when kept in head. Or something like that.

I shot an 18 playing a full round today. Yep, back to back holes in one. On every hole. The only club I took with me was an old Pro Staff 1 iron too. Prolly could've putted with it, but I never needed to. It was awesome.

The bottom line is, it doesn't matter if you're telling the truth. You came on here with probably the tallest tale of a goal that there is in the sport of golf. Now you're following it up with half-rounds of unsubstantiated, partially-recalled proof that you're right on track. You don't need our support or acknowledgement to reach your goal. You're either here for advice, which I don't see you seeking, or you're here to PROVE it, which would require video of your swing/round/shots - anyone can forge a scorecard or tell tales.

Nothing in the swing is done at the expense of balance.

Why in the name of Bobby Jones would any of us care enough to pay for your round and board you? You don't get it. We don't care about your handicap. We care that you continue to come in here and throw around completely unsubstantiated evidence that you are achieving a hallowed milestone like it's no big deal. At this point, we don't want you to prove your index, we just want you to stop talking about it period.
