Flat left wrist top of swing

no matter how hard I try , I feel it's impossible for me to have a flat left wrist at the top of my swing, Is there something I'm doing wrong. I've watched every video known to man about this. I've gripped all different ways. Could it be im actually doing it, but I think I'm not?

It may not even be essential that you have a flat left wrist at the top of your backswing. PGA Tour players often do not.

Welcome to TST. There's no one way to swing.

I believe i am maintaining flat left wrist at impact, although it does flip every once in awhile when i try to swing to hard.

My take on it is that having a flat left wrist at the top of the backswing is really only significant if you understand where the club face is and what type of grip you use. With a preference for a stronger grip and I don't personally want to see my A4 with a flat left wrist. I agree with @Ernest Jones that you should start a swing thread.

Tough to achieve inline impact (flat left wrist) when the weight doesn't get forward.

Compare this left knee and the amount the lower body has transferred forward

to these guys

      I honestly believe if they play longer tees by 300-400 yards, closer to or over 7,000 yards, more rough, tougher greens, women's golf will become much more gripping.  BTW, if it weren't for Scottie killing it right now, men's golf isn't exactly compelling.

      Yeah, that. It stands out… because it's so rare. And interest in Caitlin Clark will likely result in a very small bump to the WNBA or something… and then it will go back down to very low viewership numbers. Like it's always had. A small portion, yep. It doesn't help that she lost, either. Girls often don't even want to watch women playing sports. My daughter golfs… I watch more LPGA Tour golf than she does, and it's not even close. I watch more LPGA Tour golf than PGA Tour golf, even. She watches very little of either. It's just the way it is. Yes, it's a bit of a vicious cycle, but… how do you break it? If you invest a ton of money into broadcasting an LPGA Tour event, the same coverage you'd spend on a men's event… you'll lose a ton of money. It'd take decades to build up the interest. Even with interest in the PGA Tour declining.
