Bunch of ways to unsubscribe or change the notification frequency.

  1. Go to the topic and change the settings in the "Follow" block at the top. Like on this topic, it looks like this:image.png.
  2. Change your Notification settings for existing followed content here.
  3. Change the notification type(s) in your notification settings.

There are others but those are the most efficient.

Are you the guy that quit the game out of frustration? I went back and looked, and yes you are. On Nov. 16th, 2016 you quit. You sited slow play, and not improving as some of your reasons. You even said "golf is dead." When I first joined here I found some of your posts and began to follow your threads. You seemed to be a student of the game. You had a lot of info on ball testing you'd done, and a lot of other things. I will be going back and looking through some of your posts from back then, because I saw one about overswinging that caught my attention. I'm just curious if you really have quit for good, or just took a break?

I think the OP got mad that @iacas in another thread recommended an instructor that was too far away (30 miles) even though he did say DFW in the thread title....and now has decided to quit/unsubscribe....lol.

Oooh! Good one! As far as unsuscribing, why not just decide to lurk? Is this guy that sensitive?
