A "gimme" can best be defined as an agreement between two golfers, neither of whom can putt very well.

I was watching something in the clubhouse on golf channel about Natalie Gulbis, and some 70-something guy said about her, "She'll put a stiff shaft in your 7-wood." Couldn't stop laughing at that one.
