Favorite Club?

9 iron for me. I am most confident with it for whatever reason.

I love my 3-iron on tight holes i tee off with it. There really isn't a better feeling in golf when you it a flush 3-iron on the green.

8 iron for me....I hit it on 3 of the 5 par 3's at home course and play to that yardage on as many holes as I can. I hit it high and about 135-140. I also use in for bump and runs when just off the green..........usually the other par 3's...both over 200 yrds. The 50 yard shots I hate...practice needed!!!

My Driver, its the most modern club in my bag and I bought it with my own hard earned money.

52*..... money club anywhere from 80-115 yards. i have no doubts with it, im practically guaranteed to hit a green with this club. definately cant say that about my other sticks.

I like my driver because it fades about the same every time, so I am confident when I stand over it.

Right now its between my pw, driver, and hybrids. I love my putter but I guess I'm taking it for granted at the moment. I've only played twice this year, but I've hit most of the fairways off the tee. My approaches with my hybrids have been dead straight instead of my usual banana with my old fairway woods. My PW is my savior right now because I'm terrible chipping with anything else. It's taken me 3 shots to hit a green inside 100yds probably 4 times so far. The cleveland wedges are just going to have to stay in the bag until I practice with them more. Right now I'm better at adjusting my swing and using the PW from 100 and in.

Definately my 2-iron.

Not many people have them these days. I i almost certainly will keep it in over my 18 deg hybrid (unless the first-cut is thick).

I love it because its great from the intermediate rough too.

It allows me to work it both sides.

plus, its always good to out drive some people's 3-woods.

I recall reading an article about Tiger Woods. Apparently all his clubs are his favourites. If one wasn't, it wouldn't be in his bag!

For me however...

Driver, cos its new and I am once again driving long and accurate.

Or, my 5 wood as it is a great 'safe' club on a tight fairway.

Or my 56 wedge is a sure thing from 115 yards in.

Definitely not the 3 or 4 irons as I generally have a hard time with these. I think it is from many years of playing relatively short courses, where driver and 6 iron is about the most I am facing (eg, this would get me approx 420 yards)

I guess after typing that, the 3 & 4 irons need more work at the range to get comfortable with them again.

I don't have a particular favourite, but I certainly have clubs I am more comfortable with.
