I've tried many grips: Winn, GP, Lamkin are my favorites. Currenty with GP. I actually prefer a different grip for my driver than I do my other clubs. I prefer a softer/spongier grip on the driver. In the early 90s I played with a Wilson Fatboy 10.5* driver. It had a soft tour wrap that had such a great feel. Haven't been able to find a wrap exactly like it since. All the other clubs get something firmer.

GP New Decade Multi-Compound, in red and black. I tried a Winn, and liked it, the feel was nice and soft. The problem is my hands sweat a lot, and the ND Multi-Comps worked better for me. That's the same reason I didnt go with the Tour Velvets.

I love my golf pride grips. Except sometimes they slip a bit when my hands are sweaty. But then I put on a glove and it works just fine ;)

Tacki Mac dual mold mid size. I used to be GP tour velvet midsize guy. Just thought I would try something new (and cheap). Put one on my three wood, now they are on all my clubs. I found that they are slightly thinner the GP midsize, and they fit my hands well. Put these on in December, and they are still very tacki, but time will tell how long they last. Less then three bucks a grip at golf smith. They are similar to golf pride new decade (non cord).
