Not bad, but some of those guys already have nicknames:

To say that "Lefty" is a good nickname for lefty is like calling a right handed person "Righty" or a golfer "Golfy". It's hardly creative.

For Mel Phickleson, I'd like to suggest one of the following: - The Smirk - Jethro - Grapes - Mrs. Chubbs

Mizuno MP600 driver, Cleveland '09 Launcher 3-wood, Callaway FTiz 18 degree hybrid, Cleveland TA1 3-9, Scratch SS8620 47, 53, 58, Cleveland Classic 2 mid-mallet, Bridgestone B330S, Sun Mountain four5.

Moobs Mickelson is actually pretty damn catchy.

Have to agree that "Lefty" is somewhere near the peak of Lazy Nicknaming. I do sort of like "Golfy", though. It transcends obvious and goes back around to being clever again. Kind of a like a puppy that's so ugly it's cute, or a movie that's so horrible it has to be watched.

Currently in my bag:  Under Revision

And Sergio Garcia is El Niño

Yeah, we've had ten years of it ... but after watching Sergio's major-championship performance over that span, I suggest we call him

El Noño . Or El Floppo, or El Yipo ... until he finally wins one (which he will).

What's in my bag:

Driver: R7 CGB Max, regular shaft

Funny story but true... My Pro at my old golf course about 10 years ago use to call me Big Stick because I hit the ball long... Well, the cart girls and chicks that worked in the resturant took it another way... And so the legend began and it still goes...lol
