Sweet!!, Do you need some sort of high tech positioning system to get the tees in to this exacting specs?

Unfortunately science hasn't quite developed far enough to allow us to achieve perfect tee height results consistently. Why do you think golf is so hard?

Yes they have - and that's another pointless thread. This gem revolves around tee "depth".

I've never given this matter much consideration.

Deep enough to give my ball the desired elevation. This, of course, varies from club to club, situation to situation.

I simply game a long enough tee to handle whatever I want.

I'm really smitten with the TPS series of tees. I was using the blue banded type.....now I'm gaming the shorter yellow banded type. I'm sold on this tee.

The yellow band give me the assurance that I like by knowing if I've inadvertantly teed up my driver too high. I know that is an elemtary issue but when you are under pressure, combined with 100 degree heat, thirst, etc. it's nice to have a conspicuous standard to keep you in line.

I tee my driver with a little less than half the ball above the top, any less and I risk hitting the ground before impact. 3 and 5 woods barely any above the face, long irons top of the ball flush with the top of the face, and for my wedges and short irons, barely off the ground.
